How long do I have to send in my item?
You have a total of 45 days. Your offer will not change with-in the 45 days. If you send your item in after the 45 days your offer will change to the current AppleShark.com offer for that product.
My shipping label will not print?

What happens if USPS losses, damages, or steals my item?
Simple. Your covered no matter what happens during transit. For packages that are valued under $500 are insured by AppleShark. You will not have to file a claim. AppleShark will process your payment as normal and you will not have to wait. For packages valued over $500 you are insured by the United States Postal service. You will have to contact us by phone so we can get more details about the package. We will file a claim that can take as long as 14 days. (Note: this is very uncommon to happen)
Don't have a printer?
Call or email us. We can arrange for USPS to delivery you a pre-label right to your door step.
Can I mail the item my self?
Please do not manually mail your package to us. Our labels are fully insured, trackable, and are the safest/fastest way to send us your Apple products. We can mail you a label at no extra cost if needed.
Where can I drop my package off for mailing?
AppleShark is partnered up with the United States Postal Service (USPS). The most trusted and biggest Shipping company in the United States. Here are the following options:
1. Simply put your package in your mailbox and put the red flag up. Your local post man will pick up the package when he drops your mail off.
Drop your package off at your local USPS office, UPS store, or Approved Postal providers such as selected banks, grocery stores, and gas stations.

When will I receive my Payment?
AppleShark.com automated payment system will process your check or credit your PayPal account with in 24 hours of receiving your item.
If you chose to receive an Apple Gift card we will process your order with Apple right away. It usually takes Apple 48 hours to get your Gift card in the mail.
Western Union payments will be sent out the same business day we receive your device.

What all do I need to include with my iPhone ?
We just need your iPhone. You may include your box for extra padding durring shipment. You may also keep the data cable and wall charger for your next iPhone or give it to a friend.
